Police on Sunday made an appeal to the public on Facebook, asking for help in the search for an IDF soldier missing since Saturday night.
Eshel Zilberstein, 19, was last seen at the M Haderech shopping center at the Beit Yannai Junction in the Sharon region. He was on his way back to his base after the weekend, but he failed to show up at the base on Saturday night.
Police and IDF forces have been searching for Zilberstein since Sunday morning.
He was last seen wearing a blue army jacket, blue jeans and blue sneakers. He has a thin build and is approximately 175 cm. tall.
